Advanced Classes
These classes are invitation only. Athletes who have already competed in AAU, USAG, NGA, or Excel are welcome to try one of our advanced classes. All other athletes will need to come to a beginner class for their age group. This will serve as a try out for an advanced class.

We compete in AAU and the Excel Program. This class is invitation only.

Thursday 4:00-6:30
Friday 430-7:00
*30 minutes of every class is spent conditioning*

Annual Registration Fee: $72
Recreational Team
This class serves two purposes. 1- An advanced class for athletes who do not wish to compete. 2- A pre-team class for athletes before they move to a competitive class. This class is invitation only.
